Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an IT Transformation Lead to drive strategic initiatives in a large enterprise. You will lead PMO activities, govern ITSM programs, and guide cross-functional teams through process improvements and organizational change.

The role requires hands-on ServiceNow experience, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. PMP/CAPM is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IT, business or engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Proven experience leading business transformation, process improvement, or organizational change initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and ITSM processes is required.
• Strong understanding of ITSM governance, service delivery, and operational best practices.
• Experience supporting CMDB initiatives and inventory management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams concurrently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic transformation initiatives within a large enterprise environment.
• Review business and IT processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improved workflows.
• Lead PMO and project governance, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate across departments and locations to align goals and deliver results.
• Provide strategic guidance and governance to leadership and sponsors.
• Support organizational change management to drive adoption of new processes and tools.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve transformation goals.
