ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an experienced IT Transformation Lead to drive strategic initiatives in a large enterprise. You’ll manage multiple projects, optimize ITSM processes, and guide organizational change across diverse teams.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, governance, and delivering measurable improvements in service delivery while acting as a trusted advisor to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Proven experience leading business transformation or organizational change initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and ITSM processes is required.
• Strong ITSM governance and service delivery knowledge.
• Experience with CMDB-related initiatives.
• Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• PMO experience and governance familiarity.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Digital Workplace leadership in planning and executing strategic transformation initiatives.
• Review existing business and IT processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improved ways of working.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational effectiveness and service delivery.
• Strengthen ITSM governance, processes, controls, and overall service maturity.
• Support CMDB improvement initiatives and inventory management.
• Lead and coordinate multiple projects within a large enterprise environment.
• Provide PMO leadership ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, updates, dashboards, and communications.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate stakeholders across departments and locations for alignment.
• Advise leadership with recommendations and strategic guidance.
• Support organizational change management to drive adoption.
