Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center is seeking an IT Systems Trainer I to deliver instructor-led and virtual training for IT applications. Under supervision, you will prepare training materials, engage learners, and maintain content while developing instructional skills within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

Experience 1 year in a training & development capacity (hands-on training program development/delivery).
Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.
Epic Systems and Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Instructional design – modify/edit content to support effective training programs.
Training preparation – organize materials, equipment, and environment before training.
Instructor training – deliver training across IT software using blended methods.
Learner assessment – evaluate learner progress and outcomes.
Training delivery – conduct sessions tailored to learner needs and roles.
Knowledge maintenance – stay up-to-date on application knowledge.
