Job summary

Washington Hospital Healthcare System is seeking a Clinical Systems Instructor to deliver end-user training across multiple applications and develop supporting materials. The role includes setting up classes, administering proficiency assessments, and evaluating outcomes to ensure training quality.

You will work with fellow instructors and analysts to enhance training effectiveness and address ongoing needs in a dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year combined experience in training and support of computerized solution implementation in a healthcare discipline.
• Experience with classroom instruction, group presentations, and individual training.
• Working knowledge of training delivery applications.
• Experience with healthcare information systems and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-user classroom training and develop eLearning and other training materials.
• Set up training classes and administer proficiency assessments and class evaluations.
• Collaborate with instructors and analysts to improve training effectiveness through feedback.
• Support operational areas to address ongoing training needs and participate in Epic training if applicable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent of 5 years of clinical healthcare experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Healthcare-related field, Business, or Information Technology
