Job summary
Mount Sinai Medical Center seeks an IT Systems Trainer I to support instructor-led and virtual training of IT applications across our care teams. You will prep classrooms and virtual spaces, engage learners, and maintain training materials under guidance, developing instructional skills and applying adult-learning principles.

Qualifications
- Experience with Epic Systems and Workday preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Business Management, Human Resources, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual IT training using blended approaches.
- Prepare training environments, materials, and equipment prior to sessions.
- Support learner engagement, assessments, and feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date application knowledge and training materials.
- Assist with scheduling resources and coordinating LMS activities.
