The IT Systems Trainer I supports the delivery of instructor-led and virtual training for IT applications and related technologies. Under the guidance of senior trainers, this role assists with classroom preparation, learner engagement, training delivery, and maintaining training materials. The Trainer I develops knowledge of instructional techniques, adult learning principles, and organizational workflows while building the skills needed to effectively educate end users. This position is ideal for an individual with foundational training experience who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative training team. Strong communication, customer service, organizational skills, and a positive attitude are essential.
Experince with Epic Systems and Workday preferred Education Bachelor's degree in related discipline or field of study (Training & Development, Business Management, Human Resources, etc) Experience 1 years prior experience in a training & development capacity (i.e. hands on experience developing/delivering training programs, feedback assessment, etc) preferred.,
