Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technology training to professional learners.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, iManage Work 10, Adobe Acrobat, iOS/iPadOS, and legal technology applications.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS), SharePoint, and enterprise application support.
• Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization.
