Job summary

Atlas Search in New York City seeks an experienced Technical Training Specialist to deliver training and support to attorneys and staff in the NY office, with backup coverage for other offices, reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Training & Change Management.

You will schedule and deliver new hire and ongoing training, develop tailored programs, create training materials, and partner with Global Services on software rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent technical training/experience.
• 5+ years delivering technical training in legal or corporate environments.
• Legal industry experience preferred.
• Strong training, communication, and organizational skills; able to multi-task.
• Proficient in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, iManage, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with Apple iOS/macOS and Litera Compare/Create/NTD required.
• Ability to work overtime; limited lifting (25 lbs. or less).

The Role
