Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking an Information Technology Trainer to deliver engaging technology training to employees, develop useful resources, and translate complex concepts into practical guidance for users at all levels.

You will lead new-hire orientation, develop courses and materials, and collaborate with IT to evaluate and roll out new applications; travel for training may be required. Strong instructional design and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technical or software training.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• IT-related degree and/or relevant certifications preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging one-on-one and group technology training

• Lead technology orientation and training for new hires

• Develop training courses, presentations, guides, videos, and other learning materials

• Build both introductory and advanced training programs based on user needs

• Maintain strong knowledge of internal applications, systems, and technology

• Identify best practices and more efficient ways for employees to use technology

• Partner with IT to evaluate new applications, features, and systems

• Translate software updates and changes into clear, practical training

• Work with IT to troubleshoot user issues and reinforce solutions through education

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering technical or software training

• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills

• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users

• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows

• Experience creating training materials, presentations, and/or instructional videos

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Service-oriented and comfortable working with users at different levels of technical proficiency

• Ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies

• Creative approach to instructional design and problem-solving

• IT-related degree and/or relevant certifications preferred

• NetDocuments experience is a plus

• Law firm or professional services experience is a plus

• Willingness to travel periodically for training and conferences

$75,000 - $100,000 a year

The anticipated salary range is $75,000–$100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
