Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking an Information Technology Trainer to deliver engaging technology training to employees, develop useful resources, and translate complex concepts into practical guidance for users at all levels.

You will lead new-hire orientation, develop courses and materials, and collaborate with IT to evaluate and roll out new applications; travel for training may be required. Strong instructional design and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering technical or software training.
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• IT-related degree and/or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one and group technology training.
• Lead technology orientation and training for new hires.
• Develop training courses, presentations, guides, videos, and other learning materials.
• Build introductory and advanced training programs based on user needs.
• Maintain knowledge of internal applications, systems, and technology.
• Identify best practices to improve technology usage.
• Partner with IT to evaluate new applications and systems.
• Translate software updates into practical training.
• Troubleshoot user issues and reinforce solutions through education.
• Assess user needs and connect them with technology solutions.
• Maintain training records and gather user feedback.
• Help establish and maintain a centralized technology training platform.
