IT & Legal Tech Training Manager | Law Firm | Hybrid | Up to $190k (location dependent)

Location: CA, CO, TX, MA, NY, DC.

A global law firm is hiring a Tech Training Manager to lead firmwide technology training for attorneys and business professionals. This role focuses on driving adoption, improving how lawyers work, and embedding technology into professional development.

The Role

• Own the firmwide technology training strategy
• Design and deliver practice specific training for attorneys and staff
• Integrate technology into onboarding and development programs
• Ensure CLE and CPD compliance and reporting
• Lead and develop a global training team
• Partner with IT, Innovation, and Talent leaders on rollouts and change initiatives
• Track adoption, engagement, and compliance metrics

Technology Environment

• Document and knowledge management systems
• CRM and experience platforms
• Document review and litigation tools

What They Are Looking For

• Prior law firm experience required
