Turner Mining Group is seeking a detail-oriented Project Management Coordinator to assist planning, scheduling, and execution of telecommunications projects. This role works with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

The ideal candidate has experience with Primavera P6, project tracking systems, and Power BI. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for managing multiple projects and delivering accurate status updates.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, or operations support.
• Experience with Primavera P6, ServiceNow, or similar work management systems.
• Understanding IT infrastructure and telecom systems.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate telecommunications projects ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive progress.
• Organize meetings, communicate updates, maintain project docs.
• Identify risks, conflicts, and develop solutions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, WBS, dependencies, milestones using Primavera P6.
