Job summary

Network Connex Company seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager on assigned projects, with travel up to 25%. You will review scopes, quote and track material procurement, attend meetings, and help ensure projects meet quality and profitability standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma (PMP preferred), basic telecom knowledge, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. This role involves safety compliance and data center construction familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred PMP or equivalent certification or a minimum of 1 year managing data center construction.
• Basic understanding of telecommunication systems.
• Familiarity with data center construction practices and safety standards.
• Strong work ethic and proactivity.
• Ability to estimate labor and material requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull 25 lbs.
• Ability to verbally communicate to exchange information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing scope of work and drafting project proposals.
• Quote, order, and track procurement of materials.
• Coordinate travel for field teams.
• Track multiple projects concurrently.
• Review projects for profitability and adherence to corporate values.
• Participate in pre-construction and regular status meetings with customers and vendors.
• Attend site walks and validate quality standards.
• Work with Supply Chain to onboard new vendors or subcontractors.
• Collaborate with PM/SPM to ensure project completion.
• Compile reports, submittals, and close-out documents per job requirements.
• Be reachable to support customers and team members with urgent needs.
• Travel to job sites ~25%.
