Job summary

American Bank & Trust is seeking an IT Technician to join our Technology Support team under the Technology Support Director. You will implement, operate, maintain, and support employee and customer facing software and systems.

Responsibilities include managing system imaging, patching, backups, and day-to-day end-user support. A Bachelor’s degree in IT is preferred, and experience with Fiserv Precision is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology preferred, or equivalent.
• 2 years of IT support experience preferred.
• Experience with Fiserv Precision a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of AD, backups, patching, and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, troubleshoot and support peripheral systems and applications.
• Plan and support system imaging, patching, and new hardware/software deployments.
• Perform data backups and assist in IT operations.
• Take and manage help desk tickets including AD and PC issues.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
