Qualifications

• Experience supporting users in a regulated or financial services environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and office hardware.
• Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD, MFA, and endpoint management tools preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users for bank programs, systems, and approved applications.
• Receive, respond to, document, and track user issues through the IT ticketing system.
• Create, modify, and remove user accounts and system access based on approved requests.
• Install, configure, support, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
• Perform onsite branch support and coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams.
• Assist departments in document imaging workflows and related applications.
• Follow IT standards for security, control, confidentiality, and recoverability.
