Job summary

Nexus Family Healing seeks an IT Technician to join our team in Minnesota. The role covers on-site installations, maintenance, and support of hardware and software to keep systems running smoothly.

The position is full-time and onsite at our East Bethel location, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive hourly wage. Responsibilities include admin tasks, end-user support and training, and network system maintenance across multiple offices in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in computer science; alternative: combination of work experience and education.
• 1+ year experience supporting end users in IT.
• Valid driver’s license required per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in computer systems administration and imaging of resources.
• Provide end-user support and training, respond to incidents and questions.
• Manage ticketing platform and ensure timely updates and resolutions.
• Provide network support for LAN/WAN/WLAN and telephony equipment.
