Job summary

Mt. Bachelor is seeking an on-site IT support professional to assist resort employees across Guest Services, Rentals, Retail, and Administration. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, and connectivity, and help deploy and manage desktops, laptops, and tablets.

You’ll also support Wi‑Fi, POS systems, endpoint management, and create user guides. Join a team that values hospitality tech, collaboration, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or certification in IT, CS, cybersecurity, networking, or related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, OS, and software applications.
• Familiar with Windows and Microsoft 365 products.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for resort employees across departments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Support Wi-Fi and network connectivity troubleshooting.
• Assist with point-of-sale systems used in retail, rental, ticketing, and F&B.
• Help maintain technology inventory, asset tracking, and lifecycle records.
• Assist with user onboarding, account provisioning, and device setup.
• Support endpoint management initiatives using Intune and Microsoft 365.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and user guides.
• Participate in seasonal technology deployments and winter operations readiness.
• Support conference rooms, digital signage, guest-facing systems, and business applications.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and support teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
