Job summary

POWDR's Mt. Bachelor in Bend, Oregon seeks an IT support role to help maintain systems and infrastructure across the resort. You will work with experienced technology professionals to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Pursuing IT/CS degree or certification.
• Basic hardware, OS, and software knowledge.
• Familiar with Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to resort employees across departments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, and connectivity issues.
• Support deployment and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Assist with Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting.
• Support POS systems in retail, rentals, and F&B operations.
• Maintain technology inventory and asset records.
• Assist onboarding and device setup.
• Contribute to endpoint management with Microsoft 365/Intune.
• Create technical documentation and user guides.
• Participate in seasonal tech deployments and readiness projects.
• Support conference rooms and guest-facing systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams on initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
