Job summary

Mt. Bachelor is seeking an entry-level IT/Technical Support specialist to help keep resort operations running smoothly in Bend, Oregon. You’ll assist with desktops, network, printers, and equipment across Guest Services, Rentals, Retail, and Administration.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing IT-related degrees, have basic Windows/Microsoft 365 knowledge, strong troubleshooting and customer service skills, and enjoy collaborative, fast-paced environments in hospitality and outdoor recreation.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of computer hardware, OS, and software applications.
Familiarity with Windows and Microsoft 365 products.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for resort employees across Guest Services, Ski & Ride School, Rentals, Retail, and more.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, and connectivity issues.
Assist with deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktops and mobile devices.
Support Wi-Fi and network connectivity across resort facilities.
Assist with POS systems used in retail, rental, ticketing, and food & beverage operations.
Maintain technology inventory and asset records.
Create technical documentation and user guides; assist onboarding.
