Job summary

BorgWarner is seeking an IT Technician Intern to support the desktop IT environment and on-site IT services at the Arden location. You will help configure devices, troubleshoot desktop apps, and assist with security and printer systems while coordinating with the Central IT team.

You will engage with staff, track tickets, and ensure quality service delivery across locations, gaining exposure to manufacturing environments and global enterprise practices.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a similar field.
Strong customer focus and service delivery.
Proactivity for tracking and connecting people.
Process management and drive for results.
Listening and action oriented; ability to present technical topics.

Responsibilities

Support IT customer environment and desktop IT services.
Assist with IT facilities tasks (AV, security systems, printers).
Provide on-site support for business systems teams as needed.
Maintain relationships with staff and IT infrastructure teams.
Track service delivery tickets and ensure SLA adherence.
Configure devices per corporate standards and manage licenses.
