BorgWarner is seeking an IT Technician Intern to support the IT Customer environment and desktop services. You will help with high-level meeting support, root-cause analysis, and on-site support for business systems teams, ensuring quality service and alignment with SLA across locations.

Responsibilities

• Support IT Customer environment and desktop environment.
• Provide on-site and remote IT support for business systems teams as needed.
• Assist with device configuration, software installs, and license management.
• Maintain security settings and provide basic network, security, and printing support.
• Coordinate with vendors/partners and monitor service delivery against SLA.
