Job summary

UPS seeks a Technician to support IT services, deployments, and daily operations at our Greenville, SC facility. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure cost, staffing, equipment, and security of IT resources while delivering excellent customer experience.

The role may involve coding or integration tasks, requires lifting up to 70 pounds, and may require travel to UPS facilities. A valid drivers license is required.

Qualifications

• Must communicate highly technical information to technical and non-technical users.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and software.
• Experience with VPN, Remote Desktop Apps, Active Directory and various Web browsers - Preferred.
• ServiceNow experience - Preferred.
• Technical Certifications such as A+, Network+ - Preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds - Required.
• Must have a valid drivers license - Required.

• Leads delivery of an exceptional customer experience for information technology services, support, and deployments.
• Maintains cost, staffing, equipment inventory, system compliance, safety, and security of IT resources.
