Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures the successful execution and implementation of customized IT solutions leveraging KPIs, SLAs, and cross-functional teams.
• Leads the delivery and coordination of IT services, support and project deployments with vendor relationships.
• Manages cost, staffing, equipment inventory, system compliance, safety and security of IT resources.
• Provides technical training and development to departmental resources and customers.
