Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an on-site Technician in GA to support IT services, projects, and deployments. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences, coordinating IT resources, and maintaining systems across hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

The role requires working knowledge of Windows OS, VPN/Remote Desktop, and Active Directory, with A+ or Network+ certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate highly technical information to users
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Experience with VPN, Remote Desktop, Active Directory and web browsers
• Technical certifications such as A+, Network+ - Preferred
• Technical work experience - Preferred
• Experience troubleshooting thermal printers - preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful execution of customized IT solutions and projects.
• Lead and coordinate daily IT service delivery and support.
• Provide technical training to staff and customers.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and cost to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendor partners.
