Job summary

Toot'n Totum in Amarillo, TX is seeking an IT Technician Level 1 to provide exceptional technical support and maintenance across our systems and devices. You will respond to service requests, perform installations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure seamless IT operations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT or related field required.
• CompTIA A+ certification or 3 years IT experience preferred.
• Experience with troubleshooting and low voltage systems.
• Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service tickets and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and repair devices including desktops, POS, ATMs, NVRs, CCTV.
• Document processes and maintain inventory; decommission old parts.
• Keep workspace tidy and ensure safety on site.
• Be on-call and work overtime as needed.
