Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking an IT Technician I to support practice offices, CBO, and physicians. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and peripherals and manage user accounts across environments.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent with 1–4 years IT experience, A+ certification, and additional certs such as Network+, Security+, MCP, CCENT, or VCP. Travel to offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–4 years IT experience.
• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• A+ certification is required; additional certs such as Network+, Security+, MCP, CCENT, or VCP are preferred.
• Basic understanding of VMware is preferred.
• Ability to travel to multiple office locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to practice offices, CBO, and physicians.
• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and system groups.
