Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking an experienced IT Technician I to provide technical support to practice offices, CBO, and physicians. The role includes maintaining and repairing computer systems, documenting hardware/software updates, and managing user accounts.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree or equivalent and 1–4 years of IT experience, with A+ certification and additional certs such as Network+, Security+, MCP, CCENT, or VCP. Travel to offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent and 1-4 years of experience in IT or related field.
• 1-4 years of IT, or related field, experience.
• Required certification in A+, with additional certification in Network+, Security+, MCP, CCENT, or VCP; basic VMware knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and system groups.
