Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking an IT Technician I to provide technical support across practice offices, CBO, and physicians. Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing computer systems, documenting hardware/software changes, and supporting user accounts and security groups.

Travel to offices is required as part of the role. An associates degree or equivalent with 1-4 years IT experience is expected, along with A+ certification and at least one additional certification such as Network+,

Qualifications

• An Associates Degree or equivalent and 1-4 years of experience in the IT or related field.
• 1-4 years of IT, or related field, experience.
• Required certification in A+, with additional certification in at least one of Network +, Security +, MCP, CCENT, or VCP; VMware knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and system groups.
