Job summary

Capital Health is seeking an IT Field Analyst I to provide on-site technical support across CH locations, resolving hardware, software, networking, telecom, and enterprise application issues in person.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent, CompTIA A+ within 6 months, and strong customer service with hands-on troubleshooting. You will install, configure, and repair PCs, printers, and VoIP systems, and assist with AD and security policies.

Qualifications

Associate degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
One year of IT desktop support or hardware troubleshooting experience is a plus.
Required: CompTIA A+ within 6 months of hire; ITIL Foundation and Network+ preferred.
Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

Provides on-site technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
Installs, configures, and repairs PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals, and telecom hardware.
Troubleshoots network connectivity issues (wired & wireless) and VoIP systems.
Supports AV and meeting room equipment setup; assists with IT asset deployment.
Responds to urgent IT service requests in hospital and office settings.
