Job summary

Cliff Castle Casino Hotel is seeking an IT Technician to ensure IT systems run efficiently and securely. You will assist in supporting the casino's IT infrastructure, install and maintain computers, and deliver timely MIS services to end users.

The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on weekend shifts. Relevant certifications such as Network+ or Cisco are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; 2-year degree preferred.
• Two years of experience as an IT Technician.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication, organization and planning.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check.
• Certification in Network+ or Cisco preferred.

• Required Education: HS Diploma Preferred Education: 2yr Degree
• Work Experience:
• Two (2) years as an IT Technician
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Must possess excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, organizational, and planning skills.
• Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Ability to diagnose basic electronic problems in equipment such as: computers, monitors, data lines, sound systems, phones and printers.
• Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:
• Valid certification in at least one of the following: Network+ or Cisco Network Systems.
• Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
