Job summary

Resorts World New York is seeking an IT Technician to support and maintain on-site technology assets. You will install, configure, diagnose, repair and upgrade hardware while ensuring optimal performance, and provide end-user training as needed.

The role requires 18+ years old, a BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, and strong communication skills. On-site work with flexible schedules in a hospitality environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain in-house IT hardware and assets.
• Install, configure, diagnose, repair and upgrade hardware and devices.
• Provide end-user training and assistance as required.
• Develop inventories of IT equipment and networking gear.
• Respond to hardware issues via calls, pages, or emails.
