Resorts World New York City seeks an Information Technology Manager to lead the IT department, directing hardware, software, and network systems for property-wide initiatives. This role focuses on planning, organizing, and implementing IT projects and ensuring end-user systems meet business needs.

The position requires strong leadership, budgeting and vendor coordination, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, training, and performance reviews for IT staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain the appropriate license.
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Proven ability to manage IT budgets and projects.

Responsabilités

• Leads, manages, plans, and directs the activities of all IT Technical and Support resources for the property.
• Provides Tier I and II level IT support for casino information systems and vendor management.
• Assigns work and responsibilities, directs employees, schedules and trains staff for efficiency.
• Ensures recruitment, hiring, training, recognition and counseling within the IT department.
• Coordinates IT requirements with Senior Executives and Department Heads.
• Develops and manages the IT department's operations and capital budget.
• Manages projects by coordinating with vendors and company personnel.
• Communicates status of computer systems with senior corporate leadership.
