Job summary

Integris is seeking a Systems Technician to deliver frontline IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and basic connectivity issues. You will manage tickets via phone, email, and client portal, documenting steps and outcomes to ensure timely service delivery.

You will collaborate with Systems Administrators and Engineers, grow technical skills, and follow SOPs to maintain high-quality client experiences. This role may operate from client sites or remotely as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, Microsoft Fundamentals are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for end-user devices and applications.
• Document all work and manage tickets with high accuracy.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.
• Maintain customer-focused communication and professional service.
• Assist with onboarding and knowledge base improvements.
