Responsibilities include deploying devices, resolving hardware/software problems, and maintaining documentation. The role supports Windows and IOS platforms, Microsoft 365, and remote/hybrid staff, with emphasis on cybersecurity awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing hardware/software issues and providing user support.
• Proficiency with Windows and/or iOS platforms and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Ability to use remote desktop and MDM tools for remote/hybrid staff.

Responsibilities

• Set up and deploy desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals for staff.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
• Log issues and solutions in the IT knowledge base and communicate with users.
