Job summary

Gensler, a global architecture, design, and planning firm, seeks an IT Technician in Morristown, NJ to support day-to-day technology needs and partner with regional offices on IT service delivery.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, technically skilled, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment. Requires 3–5 years IT support and strong knowledge of Windows 11, M365, AD, and security practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional or military experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of related IT support experience; experience in the architecture, design, engineering, or professional services industry is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, customer-focused technical support to employees at all levels, from end users to managers and Principals.
• Diagnose and resolve technology issues efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Provide first- and second-level support for Windows and Mac computers, Microsoft 365 applications, Outlook, Teams, and related collaboration tools.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and other technology within the regional IT environment.
• Support core design and production software, including Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other graphics or rendering applications.
