Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a 6-month IT co-op in Boston through Northeastern University. You will configure hardware, manage access, and support daily IT operations for a global, fast-paced team.

You will work with Jumpcloud, Jira, Gmail, and Office 365, while maintaining Zoom rooms and AI tool deployments. This hands-on role offers a unique entry into enterprise IT within a world-leading marketplace platform.

Qualifications

• Comfortable supporting both Mac and PC environments.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, and Google Workspace (GSuite).

Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware for employees (Mac, Linux, Windows, iPhones).
• Create and manage tool access for new hires (Jumpcloud, Jira, Gmail, Wiki).
• Manage Office 365 and Zoom licenses.
• Repair and maintain equipment; coordinate returns with internal teams and providers.
• Maintain Zoom Rooms and video conferencing setups.
• Manage IT inventory and track all assets accurately.
• Provide daily hands-on IT support across the office.
• Assist with network patching and WiFi configuration.
• Participate in Jumpcloud directory admin and GPOs.
• Support deployment and administration of AI tools.

The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our IT team, working with Refaat Bashir, our AMER IT Manger. The IT team is the backbone of Mirakl's day-to-day operations—equipping employees globally with the tools, access, and support they need to do their best work. This co-op is a central, high-visibility role that directly impacts every team across the company.

6-month co-op or internship starting January 2027 | Based in Boston | This is a co-op position through Northeastern University's cooperative education program; candidates must be enrolled Northeastern co-op students eligible for co-op credit

Your Impact

• Install and configure hardware including Mac, Linux, and Windows laptops and iPhones for employees
• Create and manage tool access for new hires across Jumpcloud, Jira, Gmail, Wiki, and more
• Manage Office 365 and Zoom video licenses
• Repair and maintain equipment and handle after-sales returns with internal teams and external providers
• Maintain the operational state of Zoom Rooms and video conferencing setups
• Manage IT inventory and ensure accurate tracking of all assets
• Provide daily hands-on support to employees across the office
• Support network patching and switch/WiFi configuration
• Participate in the administration of the Jumpcloud directory and definition of GPOs
• Support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing administration of AI tools used by employees across the company

Below you will find the reasonably estimated hourly range for this role. Your starting compensation within this range will be based on your relevant skills, and experience and education, with any future adjustments informed by role scope, performance, and internal pay equity.
