Responsibilities

• Provides support for USA Health's devices, networks, applications, security and other equipment.
• Works as a team member on IT projects.
• Installs application software.
• Assists in software/hardware problem identification and resolution and provides end user training.
• Participates in IT project planning by recommending technical solutions, process changes, and training needs.
• Works with IT vendors to ensure effective use of applications, products and support.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation to meet project reporting requirements.
• Escalates unresolved issues to next level of support or supervisor.
