Responsibilities include installing application software, helping diagnose hardware and software issues, providing end-user training, documenting work, and coordinating with vendors to ensure effective use of applications.

• Assists in software/hardware problem identification and resolution and provides end user training
• Participates in IT project planning by recommending technical solutions, process changes, and training needs
• Works with IT vendors to ensure effective use of applications, products and support
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation to meet project reporting requirements
• Escalates unresolved issues to next level of support or supervisor
