Responsibilities

• Provides support for USA Health's devices, networks, applications, security and other equipment
• Works as a team member on IT projects
• Installs application software
• Assists in software/hardware problem identification and resolution and provides end user training
• Participates in IT project planning by recommending technical solutions, process changes, and training needs
• Works with IT vendors to ensure effective use of applications, products and support
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation to meet project reporting requirements
• Escalates unresolved issues to next level of support or supervisor
• Tracks, routes and redirects problems to correct resources
• Follows-up with end users to ensure issues or projects are resolved
• Maintains knowledge of USA Health applications and devices
• Seeks educational opportunities in Electronic Health Records, IT Security, Microsoft products, and Dell Products
• Completes all mandatory department, educational and hospital requirements
• Adheres to current Infection Control and Safety Standards
• Regular and prompt attendance
• Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required
• Related duties as assigned

Additional Information

Employees must be in a regular position, working 20 hours or more per week (.50 FTE or greater) to qualify for benefits.
