USA Health is seeking an IT Support professional to assist with devices, networks, applications, security and other equipment across our Gulf Coast campuses. You will collaborate with IT project teams to implement solutions and support end users.

Responsibilities include installing application software, helping diagnose hardware and software issues, providing end-user training, documenting work, and coordinating with vendors to ensure effective use of applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provides support for USA Health's devices, networks, applications, security and other equipment
• Works as a team member on IT projects
• Installs application software
• Assists in software/hardware problem identification and resolution and provides end user training
• Participates in IT project planning by recommending technical solutions, process changes, and training needs
• Works with IT vendors to ensure effective use of applications, products and support
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation to meet project reporting requirements
• Escalates unresolved issues to next level of support or supervisor
