Qualifications

• Associate's degree in information technology plus four years of IT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus four years of IT experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with twenty-four semester hours in information technology, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or business analytics plus three years IT experience.
• Master’s degree plus three years IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a server administrator and technical specialist responsible for the design, implementation, security, and continuous operation of LASERS’ hybrid cloud environment, spanning on‑premises server and storage infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 cloud services.
• A typical week would involve server, SAN, telephony, and switch implementation, monitoring, enhancement, and troubleshooting, as well as updates to the environment.

Education

Associate's degree in information technology + 4 years experience

Bachelor's degree + 4 years information technology experience

Bachelor's degree with 24 semester hours in IT/CS/engineering/math/business analytics + 3 years IT experience

Master's degree + 3 years IT experience
