Job summary

In-Telecom is seeking an Internal Systems Technician to support Louisiana, Texas, and Georgia, focusing on service desk escalations, onboarding/offboarding, and Microsoft cloud infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Intune, Autopilot, Exchange Online, AD/Entra ID, and security policies, with a bias toward reliability and automation. On-site Louisiana location with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of progressive IT systems support or MSP experience handling Tier 2 ticket resolution and identity workflows.
• Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Entra ID experience, including hybrid directory concepts.
• Experience deploying and managing devices with Microsoft Intune/ Endpoint Manager.
• Familiarity with security policies, conditional access, and modern authentication.
• PowerShell scripting for tenant management and automation.
• Strong networking fundamentals including VLANs, DNS, and VPNs.

Responsibilities

• L2 incident escalation and systems support for internal users across multiple states.
• Manage hybrid identity synchronization and Entra ID troubleshooting; resolve AD, DNS, and GPO conflicts.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, mail flow, and SharePoint/OneDrive access governance.
• Endpoint management with Intune/Endpoint Manager; configure policies and Autopilot deployments.
• Oversee network and connectivity issues, VLAN routing, VPN, and firewall policies.
• Automate recurring admin tasks with PowerShell; build workflows with automation tools.
• Document SOPs, onboarding/offboarding, and inventory in internal systems; maintain asset lifecycles.
