Job Description

We're hiring a Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and move technical candidates through the hiring process, from first outreach to placement. You'll build pipelines across our network and the open market, run first-round screens, coordinate interviews, keep pipeline data current, and make sure candidates get clear communication at every step. This is an early-career role with real ownership, designed for someone who wants to learn technical hiring by working closely with experienced operators and technical evaluators. You'll support technical searches and learn how to read job requirements beyond keyword matching. You don't need deep technical fluency on day one, but you do need to learn quickly, stay organized across multiple searches, and build strong judgment about candidate fit over time. Recruiting experience is helpful, not required. This role makes sense for someone early in their career who is coachable, motivated, and serious about building a foundation in technical recruiting.
