This role handles first-line support for users, assists with onboarding new hires, laptop deployments, equipment orders, and basic training while contributing to IT projects. The position is in office four days a week in Scottsdale and one day in Phoenix.

Qualifications

• Software and hardware basics requested.
• Experience with IT support and onboarding processes preferred.
• PowerShell with focus on AD and Office 365 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle first-line IT support and ticket escalation as needed.
• Lead IT onboarding of new hires, laptop deployments, equipment ordering, and basic training.
