Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire an IT, Technical Analyst working from our Phoenix, AZ and Scottsdale, AZ office locations with a start date on or before September 16, 2026.
This position is first line of support for users who need IT assistance, completing or escalating requests. This position also handles most tasks for IT onboarding of new employees, with laptop deployments, equipment ordering, and technical training. Days vary based on the tickets received and new hires expected. Technical analysts also work on IT projects with colleagues within and beyond the IT department.
This role will spend the most time addressing help desk tickets for hardware and software issues, assisting users with patience, preparing new hires and facilitating a positive onboarding process by preparing their laptops, ordering their equipment, and providing basic technical training. and supporting technical projects such as infrastructure improvements and software changes. This role will also involve directly supporting our lab environments and instruments
