Qualifications

• Prior desktop support experience, with working knowledge of IT administration.

• Ability to coordinate with IT lead for organizing and delegating job duties.

• Assist in administering and maintaining Microsoft 365 user management.
• Troubleshoot end-user hardware and maintain branch network infrastructure.
