Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot Windows, IGEL, and Microsoft 365; diagnose hardware and apps.
• Maintain ownership of incidents through resolution with detailed notes.
• Create knowledge base articles and technical documentation.
• Assist with onboarding, hardware deployment, and access requests.
• Escalate issues when needed with complete troubleshooting details.
• Contribute to major incident response and service restoration as needed.
