Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, access requests, and security groups.
• Track and resolve incidents using a help desk system.
• Coordinate with MSPs and vendors to resolve issues.
• Support IT asset inventory, hardware deployments, and software updates.
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow IT security policies.
