Stansell Electric Company is seeking an IT Support Administrator to work from the Knoxville office. The role covers end-user support, PC imaging, AD/Exchange management, and maintaining desktop, server, and network equipment to maximize uptime.

Applicant should have strong IT systems knowledge, security best practices, and proven leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills. Opportunities exist for advancement within the IT and skilled trades tracks.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in IT systems admin with security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Tier 1 support for all end users
• Builds and maintains all PCs for new employees
• Creates and manages AD user accounts and Exchange mailboxes
• Resolves issues quickly and effectively for employees and equipment
• Maintains software and hardware inventories and reports updates
• Provides training to field foremen on use of laptops and procedures
