Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT, computer science, or related field required.
• 1+ years of experience in computer support preferred (PCs and Macs).
• Experience with Office 365 required.
• Strong judgement with ability to manage risk effectively.
• Superior communication skills, oral and written.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Detail-oriented, flexible and responsive; able to work in a team.
• Client-oriented work ethic and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level technical support to employees via email, phone, remote connection, and deskside.
• Assist with computer setup for new employees.
• Repair or replace damaged hardware on computers or equipment.
• Provide software support across a wide range of applications.
• Establish excellent relationships with all departments and colleagues.
• Manage technical documentation.
